On Monday, March 9, 2020 the School of Public Policy will be hosting Councilwoman Gaby Plascencia who will be talking about her experience as the first Latina City Councilwoman.

The event will be held at the University of California, Riverside in CHASS Interdisciplinary South 1113 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Councilwoman Gaby Plascencia is an education champion who has been an active member of the Riverside community for more than two decades. A product of Riverside’s public schools and a resident of the City of Riverside for more than 30 years. Gaby has been committed to giving back to her community throughout her adult life.
